OUR APPROACH

The approach we execute when a customer wants to use GenerAds can be summed up in three steps :
- first step => the catalog
- second phase => GenerAds
- third phase => campaign on-lining

Details about those three phases are given in our "modus operandi", shown below.

This modus operandi is just an informative document. Indeed, our approach is not immovable, it can't be restricted to the pattern presented above. We constantly show flexibility in our functioning mode, in order to adapt to each customer specific matters.

Please note that GenerAds can adapt to every catalog type, no matter its size or complexity.

The ideal catalog to use GenerAds is a CSV catalog, in which the different data about the products are as compartmentalized as possible.

Some catalogs are in non-optimal formats (xls, xml...). Some of them are also badly structured (the different kind of information about the products are not separated).

In this case, pleace contact our technical support service. They will tell you what you have to get a "correct" catalog.

Indicate the catalog location (on your computer) or enter the url at which the catalog can be found. GenerAds will then collect the file in a few minutes.

This consists in selecting the fields (columns) from the catalog you want to use to create ads and keywords. Once the catalog is imported into GenerAds database (preceding step), a preview of it will be shown to you. You will then be in a position to pick out the most relevant fieds easily.

Around fifty options were integrated to the application in order to take into account every single user needs and objectives.

These options allow you to create optimized campaigns with the ideal keyword and ad for each product!

During ads and keywords configuration, you will evolve empirically. Create the first configuration, then simulate ad groups creation using the preview functionality.

The preview will allow you to know what your set-up strengths and weaknesses are. Then you'll just have to modify or complete the initial configuration to improve your campaign. And so on until you get a campaign which suits to your wishes.

Once you're content with your configuration, launch your ads and keywords creation! Your campaign is then generated, and stocked in GenerAds' server.

Export your campaign, compatible with Adwords, to your computer.

Indicate GenerAds the moments at which you want your campaigns to be updated, and the application will make the updates automatically.

This planning is essential as it allows each campaign to reflect the catalog's real content. This step also allows to take into account all the changes you make on your campaign's configuration.

Before you put the ads and keywords created by GenerAds online, you have to integrate them to Adwords Editor.

Please note it is possible to use Google API if you want to automate the process entirely (you have to activate this option in your GenerAds account).

Finally, use Adwords Editor like you would have done for any campaign to put your GenerAds campaign online, on the account you want!
